Exercise:
Walks three miles every morning. Mixing in some light jogging. Cools down with water aerobics and stretching in the pool. Zumba and moderate biking at the YMCA.

Chicken Fajita Roll-Up
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 H-E-B whole wheat tortilla
1 Tbls avocado
1 Tbls H-E-B low-fat shredded cheese
1/4 red bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 cup H-E-B fully cooked chicken fajitas (chopped)
Heat tortilla in the microwave until warm, about 20 seconds. Spread avocado on the tortilla. Place cheese, red bell pepper, and fajitas over the avocado.
Roll up tortilla and serve.
