Sentenced

VICTORIA - Nicholas Ray Solis, 30, of Victoria, continued on probation and sanctioned to a treatment facility after his sentence was amended Tuesday in a January 2013 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone case.

VICTORIA - Ray Soto, 55, of Victoria, to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of a controlled substance more than 1 gram in a drug-free zone.

VICTORIA - Trinidad Sanabria Jr., 34, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated assault of a date, family or household member with a weapon.

VICTORIA - Ladell Nicole Holdeman, 25, of Victoria, to four years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty to theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000. She was also ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution.

VICTORIA - Ricardo Baladez, 43, of Bloomington, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction.

VICTORIA - Joe Edward Ramirez, 38, of Corpus Christi, to 180 days in state jail after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

Wharton County

WHARTON - Michael Moore, 56, of Livingston, to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty Monday to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Moore must serve half of his sentence before he is eligible for parole.
