A third person is under arrest in connection with the Jan. 11 robbery of the Cuero Dairy Queen, officials said Wednesday.
Mary Villarreal, 18, of Cuero, was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity for her role in the robbery.
Cuero Police Chief Jay Lewis said Villarreal was employed by the restaurant at the time of the robbery.
Previously arrested in the case were Joshua Williams, 20, and Dedrick Griffin, 18, both of Cuero.
The Cuero Police Department is seeking two other suspects in the robbery.
