The Victoria Police Department received numerous reports of graffiti in the city since the beginning of the year, according to a department release.

The graffiti targeted city property, a city park and several business locations.

Victoria police officers and detectives developed several leads in the case, resulting in the identification of three 15-year-olds as the offenders.

Police will be presenting the Victoria County District Attorney with eleven counts of felony graffiti along with engaging in organized criminal activity.
