The Solid Waste Department, the recycling center, regional area compost site and landfill are open Monday.

TEXAS ZOO

The zoo is open Monday.

CITY AND COUNTY OFFICES

City hall and the Victoria City-County Health Department are open Monday.

Victoria County offices and the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission are closed Monday.

City, county and state emergency services will continue to operate. The Victoria Transit will be operating a normal schedule.

MUSEUMS

All museums are closed Mondays.

LIBRARIES

The Victoria Public Library is open Monday.

The Victoria College/University of Houston-Victoria Library is closed Monday.

STATE OFFICES

Workforce Solutions-Golden Crescent, Department of Public Safety driver's license office, Texas Department of Human Services and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department are closed Monday.

The Victoria County Health Department is open Monday.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE

The post office is closed Monday with express mail delivery only.

FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

First Convenience Bank is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday. All other banks are closed Monday.

SCHOOLS

All Victoria public schools are closed Monday. Also closed are St. Joseph High School, Faith Academy and Victoria Christian School. Trinity School will dismiss at noon Monday. Nazareth Academy and Our Lady of Victory are open Monday.

HIGHER EDUCATION

The Victoria College campus and the University of Houston-Victoria campus are closed Monday.

VICTORIA ADVOCATE

The Victoria Advocate is open.
