The Calhoun County Democrats Club will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the IBC Community Room, 311 N. Virginia St., Port Lavaca.

A social will be at 5:30 p.m. followed by the meeting at 6 p.m. The subject of meeting is "How to Participate in Saving Texas Schools."

Facilitated discussions will be available. The public is invited.
