Blane Maroney, 2, builds a wheeled creation out of big blocks during the Victoria Public Library's Lego Play on Tuesday. The free program is scheduled twice a month on Tuesdays and allows children and their families to wander in and use their imaginations to create whatever they want out of blocks. The library has programs open to the public for kids of various ages every Monday through Thursday.
