DaCosta Hermann Sons Lodge selected Pam Dornak, left, and Sabra Sauer to receive the 2012 Humanitarian of the Year Award for their services to the lodge and the community. Both have served as youth directors for the lodge for the past seven years. They assist at all lodge functions for the youth. They plan their activities, the youth Easter and Christmas parties and schedule special events for the youth. This past year, they visited the State Capitol and the LBJ Library as an educational function. The awards were presented to them at the annual youth Christmas party of the lodge by Winfred Kainer.
