Citizens Medical Center will present a free class, Heart Healthy Habits, at 6 p.m. Thursday in Citizens Medical Center's central classroom.

Victoria cardiologist Tywaun Tillman will discuss changes a person can make in daily life that will have a lasting effect on the heart and reduce risk for heart disease.

Attendees receive a coupon for a free lipid profile test. The test measures cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides, which are key numbers that help in diagnosing heart disease.
