University of Houston-Victoria School of Nursing assistant clinical professor Ginger Blomstrom signed the signature book during the Phi Chi charter ceremony Friday.

UHV became the 500th member of Sigma Theta Tau International, an organization of nurse leaders, scholars and researchers.

Blomstrom, PatriciaGoehring, Deidra Teoh and Sandy McNeely will serve on the Phi Chi board of directors along with Jere Hammer, Lisette Barton and Antonio Garcia.
