VICTORIA - Jami Richard Burdette, 24, of Victoria, by officers Saturday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of marijuana case.

VICTORIA - Fredrick Lawayne Davis, 34, of Victoria, by officers Saturday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in an assault causing bodily injury to a family member case.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Melody Ann Murphy, 43, of Shiner, to five years probation and 80 hours community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

VICTORIA - Arron Logan Sparks, 25, of Victoria, to fours years probation and 40 hours community service after he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Andrew T. Cushman Jr., 26, of Victoria, to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - Paul Andrew Bennett, 36, of Victoria, to 12 years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Kelly Marie Rankin, 33, of Victoria, to eight years in prison after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.

VICTORIA - Saxon Lee Hendricks, 18, of Victoria, to three years probation and 80 hours community service after he was continued on probation Tuesday for a February 2012 tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair charge.

VICTORIA - Michelle Marie Ranjel, 38, of Victoria, to 15 months in jail after her sentence was amended Tuesday for a 2010 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram charge.

VICTORIA - Kalvin Brian Dixon, 25, of Bloomington, to 18 months in state jail after his probation was revoked Tuesday for a possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram case.

VICTORIA - A Victoria County grand jury indicted the following people Feb. 8.:

Saul M. Alonso Jr., 20, of Victoria, on a charge of theft stolen property between $1,500 and $20,000 charge. Alonso was charged with unlawfully acquiring jewelry Aug. 23.

Daniel Enrique Torres, 25, of Bloomington, on a charge of theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000 charge. Torres was charged with unlawfully acquiring jewelry Aug. 23.

Soila Munoz Herrera, 36, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more prior convictions charge. Herrera was charged with unlawfully acquiring a package of diet pills from a business in the 6100 block of North Navarro Street on Oct. 6.

Edward J. Moore, 58, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000 charge. Moore was charged with unlawfully acquiring a mower Dec. 6.

Lamarr Davenport, 57, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000 charge. Davenport is charged with unlawfully acquiring a mower Dec. 6.
