Shelby Lynn Lubbock's truck rests on the side of Wischkaemper Road near Farm-to-Market Road 2615 after rolling over about 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Lubbock, age and city of residence not available, was treated and released from Citizens Medical Center, a spokeswoman Shannon Spree said. The Texas Department of Public Safety investigated the one-vehicle wreck.
