November a foggy month

If it felt like you were in a fog in November, you probably were.

According to the National Weather Service, Victoria had fog on 19 of 30 days during the month.

Of those 19 foggy days, visibility was less than 1/4 of a mile on seven of them.

It didn't freeze in November, but it got close, dropping to 33 on the 27th, 19 degrees below normal.

The high for the month was also well above the norm - 87 on the 17th, 13 degrees above normal.
