When Chelsey Cinadr saw her 3-year-old nephew Jeremiah Price, of Hallettsville, playing in the water, she quickly realized her dog Foxy, 12, would also like the cool water. So she got him dressed in swimming gear and got him in the pool. Foxy not only is a cool dog for winning this contest, but he has also won other contests in Hallettsville over the years.
