Victoria College's Vocational Nursing Program in Cuero now has a larger facility. The new, 4,000-square-foot building is adjacent to the Cuero Community Hospital.
Completed in June, the new building features a classroom, a skills lab with eight beds, a computer lab with 15 computers, three offices and a small break room. While the facility will be used primarily for vocational nursing courses, it will also house medication aide and other Workforce and Continuing Education courses.
VC has partnered with the hospital to train Cuero nursing students since 1986.
