A Silver Alert has been issued for Pat Brown, 81, of Victoria. He was last seen at 10:30 p.m. Monday leaving 1013 Julius St. in Victoria. He is driving a silver 2004 Buick LeSabre with Texas license plate DV7YLV.

Brown is wearing a light blue, button-down shirt with gray pants and black dress shoes. He suffers from Alzheimer's disease.

At 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, Brown was seen in the parking lot of a Frost Bank in San Antonio, said Sgt. Eline Moya, Victoria Police Department spokeswoman.

As of Tuesday night, he was still missing.
