Editor, the Advocate:
Saturday morning, I was in Home Depot with my nephew, George Oliver, when I began to feel very faint and felt I might pass out. I sat down on some boxes. A gentleman, not an employee, asked me if I was all right. He checked my pulse and told me he was with a local plant's emergency response team. I am sorry I didn't get his name. He, my nephew and employees of Home Depot rushed to my aid. George called EMS, and I was taken to Citizens Medical Center. George went with me and stayed until I was moved to a room.
Thanks to all those employees of Home Depot, the stranger and my nephew for all the kind assistance they gave me. I am home now and doing all right.
Again, thank all of you for your kindness and concern. My best wishes to you all!
