VICTORIA - Dinah Jones Givens, 58, of Victoria, to four years of probation after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to theft/stolen property with two or more prior convictions.
VICTORIA - Cruz Rosales, III, 26, of Victoria, to 15 months in state jail after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to a fraud charge.
VICTORIA - Ronald Allen Rennert Jr., 24, of Bloomington, to 10 years of probation and 100 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to engaging in organized criminal activity.
VICTORIA - Agapito Sauceda Jr., 63, of Victoria, to 50 years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to continuously sexually abusing a child under 14 years old. He was also convicted on three counts of indecency with a child by exposure and received 10 years in prison for each count, according to court records.
VICTORIA - Juan Carlos Lozano, 30, of Lolita, to 18 months in state jail after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to theft/stolen property greater than $1,500 but less than $20,000.

VICTORIA - Alonzo William Hunt, 29, of Victoria, to nine months in state jail after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to evading arrest/detention with a previous conviction.
VICTORIA - Martin Alexander Estrada, 22, of Victoria, to five years probation and 200 hours community service after his probation was adjudicated in a 2008 burglary of a building charge on Tuesday.
VICTORIA - Rafael Puebla Jr., 25, of Pharr, to 10 years in prison after his probation was revoked Tuesday in a possession of a marijuana between 50 and 2,000 pounds case.
VICTORIA - Jestin Douglas Ramirez, 25, of Port Lavaca, to five years probation and 150 hours community service Tuesday in a 2011 credit card abuse case.
VICTORIA - Lena Mae Jordan, 23, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours community service during a probation revocation hearing in a manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance less than 1 gram case. She was also sentenced to five years probation in a possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone case.
VICTORIA - Richard Robles, 49, of Victoria, to 18 months in state jail Tuesday after his probation in a 2012 burglary of a building case was revoked.
