Three major retail companies will open for Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving afternoon instead of the usual early morning-after Black Friday hours.
Walmart, Sears and Target are starting the annual holiday shopping several hours early.
Some retail employees across the country are outraged at the thought of missing Thanksgiving family time for the sake of a few extra sales.
Others are welcoming the extra bump in their pay checks.
