The Victoria man struck by a stolen car Wednesday morning was treated and released from Citizens Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said Thursday.

Jacob Silgero, 19, was driving a Ford Fusion east on Crestwood Drive when he was hit by a Pontiac, reported stolen in Victoria, said Sgt. Herschel Buck with the Victoria Police Department.

Kane Riley, 18, of Victoria, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and failure to stop and render aid, Buck said.
