Best Wine and Liquor Store: Spec's Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods

Walter Stubbs, manager of Spec's Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods, says the store's popularity is as simple as one, two, three.

"I'd like to think it's customer service, low prices and a wide selection," said Stubbs after being notified that Spec's has been named the best wine and liquor store in the Victoria area.

The original Spec's began operations in Houston in 1962. The Victoria location opened in 2009.

Open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Spec's also carries cigars, fine foods and gift items.
