Best Western Wear: Cavender's Boot City

Cavender's Boot City took top honors as the best place to buy Western wear in the Crossroads.

"I'm hoping that this is due to our one-on-one customer service," said Bel Schoeneberg, store manager.

Schoeneberg said the store's large selection also plays a role in attracting shoppers.

"We have everything from apparel to Western boots to work boots," she said. "Also, we can special order items for the customer and get them here quickly."

Cavender's hours, too, are an asset, she said.

"We are open until 9 p.m. every night except Sunday. That's something our customers appreciate," Schoeneberg said.

Cavender's Boot City is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
