Best Shoe Store: Dillard's

Dillard's was named the best store for shoes for the third straight year. Diana Garcia said it's Dillard's forward thinking that keeps it at the top.

"We try to carry the latest fashions and keep up with the current trends as far as styles and colors," said Garcia, shoe department manager.

Dillard's, inside the Victoria Mall, is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
