Best Automotive Service Center: Big Ed's

The best automotive service center, Ed's Automotive, opened in 1988.

"I have a lot of friends in this business and we all try to help each other," said owner Ed Kloesel. "If I can't fix something, I send my customers to someone I trust that can do the work and will do it right. And they do the same for me."

It's that kind of customer service that earned Big Ed's the Best of the Best honor for the third straight year.

"We are here to take care of our customers. That's who we are working for," said Kloesel.

Big Ed's is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
