With its twist on traditional Japanese cuisine, Tokyo Grill and Sushi Bar is a favorite among Victorians.

Owner Albert Chen said the high-quality Angus steaks, hibachi grill and blend of Japanese and French-style sushi rolls are area favorites.

The restaurant won in this category last year.

"We spent a lot of effort to improve the interior (decor) and outside landscaping and patio," Chen said.

While sushi and steak is growing in popularity for dinner dates, the hibachi grill is a fun experience for families and parties, Chen said.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:30 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
