"We do tattoos and piercings, and the client's desires are what's important," said Tom Austin, co-owner of In the Skin. "You've heard the old adage 'people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.' I think the big thing is that any time people get tattoos or piercing there has to be an element of trust."
