A Crime Stoppers tip led Victoria police to arrest two people on warrants charging them with manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

In addition to arresting Raul Cano, 32, and Rachel Flores, 27, both of Victoria, officers also confiscated more than two pounds of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana, according to a Victoria Police Department news release.

Cano was also charged with two counts of felon in possession of a firearm.

Officers are still following Crime Stoppers tips, said Sgt. Eline Moya.
