A 32-year-old San Antonio woman was found dead in a Yoakum motel room on Sunday.

Jordan Narey was discovered in the Woodfield Inn, 606 alternate U.S. Highway 77 South, said DeWitt County Justice of the Peace Peggy Mayer.

Narey's remains were sent to the Travis County Medical Examiner for an autopsy.

The death is under investigation by the Yoakum Police Department and the Texas Rangers.
