VICTORIA - Clayton Weldon McNeil, 21, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

VICTORIA - A 55-year-old Victoria man by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of engaging in organized criminal activity.

VICTORIA - Osmar Ramirez-Tenorio, 21, of Austin, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with money laundering between $1,500 and $20,000.

VICTORIA - John Edward Rivera, 44, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with theft of property, with two or more previous convictions.

VICTORIA - Victoria Lynn Rodriguez, 40, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with theft of property.

VICTORIA - A 23-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of burglary of a habitation and evading arrest or detention.

Sentenced•  VICTORIA - Rene Canales, 35, of Victoria, to 21 days in jail and 10 years probation after his probation was revoked in a November aggravated assault with a deadly weapons case. He was also ordered to serve 80 hours of community service.

•  VICTORIA - Jeremy Levi Johnson, 22, of Victoria, to two years in jail probated for five years after his probation was revoked in a burglary of a building case earlier this year. He was also ordered to serve 80 hours of community service.

•  VICTORIA - Otila Marie Flores, 28, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison, probated for five years after pleading guilty to tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Flores was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.

•  VICTORIA - Sarah Payne Crow, 32, of Victoria, to two years in state jail, probated for five years after pleading guilty to burglary of a habitation.
