Arrested• VICTORIA - A 37-year-old Victoria man by officers Monday on suspicion of assaulting a family member in the 6000 block of Loop 463.

• VICTORIA - A 19-year-old woman and 18-year-old man, both of Victoria by officers Monday on suspicion of theft. They are suspected of taking $458.98 worth of clothing from a store in the 8100 block of North Navarro Street.
