Will travel from Patti Welder Middle School down North Street to the Victoria Community Center.

Juneteenth Open Pro Rodeo
Riverside Park Arena
8 p.m.
$10, adults; $5, children
Events include bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, ladies barrel racing, tie-down calf roping, girl's breakaway roping, team roping and bull riding. Added attractions are mutton busting, specialty acts, steer saddling, calf scramble and drill team performances.

Juneteenth Celebration
Refugio County Expo Center
Events begin at 11 a.m. with guest speaker Lois Shaw from Kerrville, gospel singing, praise dancing skit, followed by domino tournament, spade tournament, watermelon eating contest, cake walk, silent auction and kids games. Lunch will be barbecue with all trimmings.

Edna Juneteenth Parade
9:30 a.m. at Allen and Main streets; judging begins at 8:30 a.m.
The parade is free
A barbecue cook-off and three-on-three basketball tournament will be afterward at the Carver Community Center at 1128 Martin Luther King Drive. Costs to enter the cookout are: $20 for brisket, $20 ribs and $15 chicken with cash prizes given to the first place contestants.
All proceeds from the event will go toward the community center.
