The Victoria Police Department responded to a domestic dispute at H-E-B, 6106 N. Navarro St., at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday.

According to the police report, a vehicle with one occupant blocked in another vehicle with the intent to commit assault.

Police Chief Bruce Ure said the dispute was between a separated couple.

The victims, a 28-year-old Victoria woman and 35-year-old Victoria man, rammed the suspect's vehicle with theirs and escaped uninjured, Ure said.

The case is being investigated by Detective Jefferson Hobbs.
