Victoria County Master Gardener Association will hold a "Lunch and Learn With the Masters" Monday, March 11, noon until 1 p.m., at the Pattie Dodson Health Center, 2805 N. Navarro St. The event is free to the public. Kathy Chilek will discuss "Rainwater Harvesting." Those who wish to do so may bring a sack lunch.
