A Martin L. King Parade and Festival will begin at 10 a.m. in the parking lot next to Henry’s Bar on West Main in Cuero and continue to the Mount Zion Association, also know as the L.E. Meadow Encampment Ground at 210 Nash St., Cuero. Participants may use any means of transportation, horseback, cars, trucks, or anything else to ride in the parade.
