Victoria County Historical Commission will begin their 2013 year with a program by Judge Helen Walker on the Shillerville Community. Shillerville was an early Victoria County Czech community in which Judge Walker's family were settlers and where she grew up.
The 2013-2014 new officers and members will be welcomed followed by a business meeting.
