The UHV Small Business Development Center will host Tilling the Soil of Opportunity Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The event takes place at the center, 3402 N. Ben Wilson St., and includes an Farm Service Agency-approved curriculum geared toward those in agriculture.
