The First Pentecostal Church of Edna, 807 Apollo Drive, will hold its 18th annual Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Edna Christian Academy building project. Activities include games, concessions, horse rides, a petting zoo, an old-fashioned hay ride, and hourly cakewalks. Children and the young-at-heart will be able to enjoy the Military Rush Obstacle Course, an inflatable castle bounce house, and human sphere races. A helicopter will fly over the event and shower children with candy. Nona’s Country Store, will offer a variety of homemade baked and canned goods and crafts. The Fun Day auction begins at 11 a.m. Admission is free, and visitors can purchase tickets for the day’s activities. A $20 wristband will be sold for unlimited access to all activities and inflatables, along with 15 free tickets that can be used on any games.
