Compassionate Friends 18th Annual Balloon Release

3:30-4 p.m. - gather
4:30 p.m. - program begins
The ceremony is open to anyone who has lost a child at any age or by any cause. Relatives and friends are also welcome to attend. Those attending should gather between 3:30 and 4 p.m. to write a message to their child on a paper butterfly and attach it to a balloon furnished by the chapter. Balloons will be released shortly after 4:30 p.m. Cookies and punch will be served following the ceremony.
