The annual Goliad Community Thanksgiving service will be at 6 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 238 N. Commercial St., Goliad. The service is sponsored by the Goliad Ministerial Alliance. The Rev. Jay Fleming, pastor of First Baptist Church, will preach, with a community choir directed by Anna White. A free-will offering received at the service will support the work of the Goliad Ministerial Alliance in its efforts to provide emergency assistance to persons in need. Contact the Rev.
