Come join Sheila Starks Phillips, a native Texan teller of tales, as she brings her stories to the Victoria Public Library. Hear funny stories, stories with a moral, family stories, folk tales, original stories and more, that will knock the socks off children and enchant adults. All families are welcome to participate, but the program will be geared to younger children.
